On Thursday shortly after 9:30 a.m., Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS), Niagara EMS and the Pelham Fire Department responded to a workplace accident at White Meadows Farms on Effingham Street in Pelham.
Investigation has revealed that a 36-year-old male was fatally injured when he was struck by a moving concrete block.
The NRPS are assisting the Ministry Of Labour, who are investigating this incident.
The identity of the deceased male is not being released at the request of family.
