The Fenwick Farmers’ Market is gearing up for another season, with the tentative opening day set for May 20th. The market is hoping to build off of last year’s successful campaign where a dozen or so popular vendors catered to as many as 100 customers on busy nights.
The market will once again be located every Wednesday in the parking lot of St. Ann’s church at 834 Canboro Road in Fenwick. Vendors will be selling a number of local products, including baked goods, fruits, vegetables, jams, honey, and preserves. Country Boys will also be returning, selling hot dogs, sausage on a bun etc.
The market is always looking for more vendors, especially local growers of hanging baskets, bedding plants, flowers, and the like. Vendors are subject to a weekly vendor fee of $5, which will collectively be donated to Pelham Cares at the end of the season.
