Pelham’s Nancy Beamer was sworn in last Tuesday as a District School Board of Niagara Trustee. The new board’s inaugural meeting, which started shortly after 6 PM at DSBN headquarters in St. Catharines, was witnessed by about 14 onlookers, according to a Pelham resident present.
